Currently a student at Farmingdale State University with a Major in Security Systems and a Minor in Business Management. Received Ring-Central's (RCCE) certification to recognize configuration, and sales skills for cloud computing as an expert. Also certified with Amazon Wired Services (AWS) for Amazon Connect, to configure an omnichannel cloud contact center that helps companies provide superior customer service across voice and chat at a lower cost. Future ambitions are to receive CISCO CCNA certification that certifies a technician's ability to install, set up, configure, troubleshoot, and operate a medium-sized routed and switched computer network. Jackson has worked at North Atlantic Communications for just over two years and considers NacTelligence a fantastic company with an enormous growth potential, taking pride in his work and always striving for quality and personable customer relationships.
