Joe has been with Nactel for 33 yrs and is certified and has Performed testing/troubleshooting of Nec Aspire, UX500, SV 8100 and 9100 and 2100 systems, Shoretel 6.5 thru ShoreTel 14.2 as well as Mitel Connect and My Voice systems.
